Strong Together is a community that stands on its own values of being the best person and inspiring an inclusive community around you. We have built the community we have from the ground up. CrossFit was an idea from the start but we have grown the way we have and refined our core values without any influence from CrossFit HQ. Greg Glassman and his comments do not in any way show the views of Strong Together. To us it is about being a good person and striving to become a better person. Everyone deserves to live a healthy, strong and happy life. It should be obvious but unfortunately sometimes it is not. It doesn’t matter what color, religion, race, sexual preference, class or anything else, we are building a strong and healthy community, together. Strong Together is about coming together for all walks of life.
